We ingest your .dxf, .dwg, .ai vector files or simple dimensioned sketches to construct precise 3D CNC solid models.

Hardwood Selection & Milling
Select from Black Walnut, Oak, Teak, or Ash. We perform multi-pass roughing and fine relief carving with 0.05mm accuracy.

Hand Polish & Varnish
Carvings are meticulously hand-sanded to smooth micro-fuzz before applying protective natural oils or exterior polyurethane.
